The Council of Europe Supported Project for the Prevention of Corruption in Turkey (2009): The project in which I was a researcher was done in collaboration with the European Council and The Republic of Turkey’s Prime Ministry Public Servants Ethics Board. The project report is as follows:

The UN Supported Project for the Improvement of Civilian Oversight of Internal Security Sector (2008): This project, in which I was Senior Expert for Legal Review, was done with the Cooperation of the United Nations Development Program / the European Commission / the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. The project final report written in Turkish is as follows:

The OSCE Project for Guidebook on Democratic Policing (2006): As an expert I participated at the OSCE Experts Meeting, held in Vienna in October 2006, to prepare a document for Guidebook on Democratic Policing. The project outcome is the guidebook as follows:

Karaosmanoglu, F., (with the OSCE experts), the Document for Guidebook on Democratic Policing, published and sent by the OSCE to all member states’ police organizations, pp.80, 2006.

The Fulbright Research Project (2005-2006): As Fulbright Visiting Professor, I was at Georgetown University, Government Department, Washington DC, with the invitation of Dr. Eusobio-Mujal Leon to research on American foreign policy, terrorism and homeland security issues. The significant outcome is the presented paper as follows:

The British Council Project for The Practice of Arrest and Detention in the UK and Turkey (1999- 2002): Held in Collaboration with the British Council, the National Police Academy and the University of Westminster, this project, in which I was a researcher, was co-caired by Both Professor Dr. Mike McConville (Warwick University) and Prof. Dr. Feridun Yenisey (Marmara University). The study report published in Turkish is as follows:
