The OSCE Project for Guidebook on Democratic Policing (2006): As an expert I participated at the OSCE Experts Meeting, held in Vienna in October 2006, to prepare a document for Guidebook on Democratic Policing. The project outcome is the guidebook as follows:

The Fulbright Research Project (2005-2006): As Fulbright Visiting Professor, I was at Georgetown University, Government Department, Washington DC, with the invitation of Dr. Eusobio-Mujal Leon to research on American foreign policy, terrorism and homeland security issues.
